Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team across water treatment project lifecycles, from design through to commissioning
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of water treatment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
Develop and implement engineering standards, processes, and best practices aligned with industry regulations and company goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, and business development to support project objectives
Review and approve engineering designs, technical specifications, and documentation
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and third-party contractors to ensure compliance and maintain strong professional relationships
Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 8–10 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
Proven experience within the water treatment, wastewater, or environmental engineering sector
Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, processes, and systems (e.g. desalination, WWTP, RO systems)
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Indonesian environmental regulations and industry standards is highly advantageous
Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage
