They are looking for an experienced and driven Executive Electrical Engineer to join their growing team in Jakarta. Job Responsibilities
Lead the electrical engineering design and delivery of data centre projects, from concept through to construction completion
Develop and review detailed electrical engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations
Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to manage project requirements and approvals
Conduct technical audits and quality assurance reviews throughout all project phases
Ensure all designs comply with local Indonesian regulations, international standards (IEC, IEEE, TIA-942), and client specifications
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers within the team
Support business development activities, including the preparation of technical proposals and presentations
Monitor project costs and resource allocation in coordination with project management teams
Identify and manage technical risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years focused on data centre or critical facilities projects
Strong knowledge of data centre design standards, including TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier Classification, and IEC/IEEE standards
Proven experience in engineering consultancy or a similar project-based environment
Proficiency in electrical design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or equivalent software
Solid understanding of HV/LV power distribution systems, UPS systems, standby generation, and building management systems (BMS)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent communication and report-writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Registered Professional Engineer (Insinyur Profesional) with HAKI or equivalent Indonesian certification is preferred
Experience working on regional or international projects is an advantage
