Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to join our client, a prominent player in the mining contracting and heavy equipment industry. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for a professional who thrives in managing complex, project-based financial operations and ensuring robust fiscal compliance.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the overall accounting function, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, and Tax.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS.
• Oversee project accounting and revenue recognition using the Percentage of Completion (POC) method.
• Monitor and control operational costs, including heavy equipment, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
• Supervise inventory accounting, WIP, and fixed asset management.
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and evaluate the accounting team to ensure high performance.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA or Brevet A & B preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager.
• Proven experience in mining contractors, heavy equipment, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong expertise in project-based accounting, cost control, and WIP management.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK/IFRS.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Accurate.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
