Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage warehouse operations across three dry category fulfillment centers in the greater Jakarta area
Lead and develop a team of warehouse operations personnel, driving performance and accountability
Analyse existing warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and implement actionable process improvement initiatives
Design and propose productivity improvement plans for manpower and operational workflows
Provide strategic input to senior management on warehouse layout design, space utilisation, and capacity planning
Develop governance frameworks and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and scalable operations
Engage and manage cross-functional and senior stakeholders to drive adoption of operational improvements
Monitor manpower productivity metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective measures
Support the company's expansion strategy by advising on facility requirements and maximising existing site utilisation while managing capital expenditure
Collaborate with other operational departments to ensure alignment across the broader operations function
Job Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in warehouse or fulfillment center management
Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, quick-commerce, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments preferred
Hands-on experience in warehouse design, layout planning, and process excellence
Proven ability to operate at both ground level and strategic level, contributing to senior leadership decision-making
Experience managing teams within complex, multi-site warehouse environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior decision-makers
Analytical mindset with demonstrated experience using data to diagnose operational issues and measure improvement outcomes
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, and agile corporate environments
Familiarity with dry goods or food-grade warehouse operations is an advantage
Experience with warehouse productivity frameworks, tools, or methodologies is highly desirable
