Head of Mitra Management

We are looking for a strategic and high-energy Head of Mitra Management to join a leading fast-paced e-commerce player. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing a massive network of over 13,000 partners, ensuring the seamless scaling of operations as the company expands across Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the partner network, including sourcing, selection, and training.
- Drive strategies to improve partner retention and reduce attrition rates.
- Manage and mentor a large team across specialized functions like profiling, analytics, and performance development.
- Oversee large-scale operational fulfillment for field and warehouse teams.
- Monitor partner performance through data-driven insights and coaching.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing large-scale partner or gig-economy networks.
- Strong background in Logistics, E-commerce, or Ride-hailing industries.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- Solid understanding of labor/partnership regulations and industrial relations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and dashboards for decision-making.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
