HR & GA Assistant Manager – Cilegon, Industrial Sector

Our client, a well-established organisation within the industrial sector based in Cilegon, is looking for an experienced and driven HR & GA Assistant Manager to join their team. Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with Indonesian labour regulations

  • Manage general affairs (GA) activities including facility management, office administration, and vendor coordination

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy

  • Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes in a fair and consistent manner

  • Liaise with government agencies and relevant authorities on matters related to employment and general affairs

  • Prepare HR and GA reports for senior management review

  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration

  • Assist in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR and/or GA roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity

  • Experience working within the industrial, manufacturing, or chemical sector is strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and related regulations

  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

  • Familiarity with general affairs management, including asset management and facility coordination

  • Based in or willing to be located in Cilegon
