HR & GA Assistant Manager – Cilegon, Industrial Sector

Our client, a well-established organisation within the industrial sector based in Cilegon, is looking for an experienced and driven HR & GA Assistant Manager to join their team. Job Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with Indonesian labour regulations
Manage general affairs (GA) activities including facility management, office administration, and vendor coordination
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy
Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes in a fair and consistent manner
Liaise with government agencies and relevant authorities on matters related to employment and general affairs
Prepare HR and GA reports for senior management review
Support payroll processing and benefits administration
Assist in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR and/or GA roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity
Experience working within the industrial, manufacturing, or chemical sector is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and related regulations
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
Familiarity with general affairs management, including asset management and facility coordination
Based in or willing to be located in Cilegon
