Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of HRGA to identify and address pressing people issues

  • Develop and implement overall people goals aligned with organizational objectives

  • Work with relevant managers to propose and arrange necessary interventions in organizational structure and work processes

  • Enable and support employees in adapting to changes and new ways of working

  • Align people practices and processes to foster employee engagement

  • Manage employee relations, performance, compensation/rewards, and talent acquisition

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proven track record in change management and organizational development

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and current industry trends

  • Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools
