Job Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process on behalf of the client, from job briefing through to offer management
Partner closely with internal hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, quality hires
Source, attract and screen candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and vacancy records within the ATS
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to key stakeholders
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
Collaborate with the wider RPO team to share best practices and support overall delivery targets
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, either agency or client-side
Proven experience within the recruitment sector is essential
Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing skills with experience using a range of candidate attraction methods
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management abilities
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
