Select Headhunter is partnering with a leading consumer goods company in Indonesia to appoint a People & Organization Development Manager based in Jakarta. This role will suit an HR professional who enjoys building people capabilities, shaping culture, and supporting business growth through structured development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Design and implement people and organization development strategies that support business objectives in the consumer goods sector.
Lead the design, rollout, and evaluation of learning and development programs (leadership, functional, and soft skills).
Conduct organization and talent diagnostics to identify capability gaps and propose targeted interventions.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, and development planning.
Partner with business leaders to support change management, culture-building, and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and maintain competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning for key positions.
Oversee talent review processes and implement high-potential development programs.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COEs to align policies, programs, and tools with organizational needs.
Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Track and report key people development metrics and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 4 years focused on learning, talent, or organization development.
Experience in the consumer goods/FMCG industry or other fast-paced, large-scale organizations.
Strong understanding of organization development, talent management, and learning methodologies.
Proven track record in designing and implementing development programs and change initiatives.
Solid business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, able to interpret people data and translate it into practical actions.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
