Job Responsibilities
Lead the civil and structural design of data center facilities and associated infrastructure from concept through to detailed design and construction support
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and engineering reports
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and architectural engineers to ensure seamless project delivery
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards
Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and quality oversight
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to manage project requirements and approvals
Ensure all designs comply with relevant Indonesian standards, codes, and international best practices
Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation activities
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering from a recognised university
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in the data center or mission-critical facilities sector
Proven experience in a design consultancy environment
Strong proficiency in civil and structural design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, or ETABS
Solid understanding of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and permitting processes
Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating with external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Professional engineering certification or registration (e.g., SKA) is highly advantageous
