Job Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop tailored technical solutions that address specific client needs using the full capabilities of the platform
Translate complex business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications and proposed architectures
Develop and configure customised demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilots to showcase product value and functionality
Coordinate with engineering teams to address custom integration needs and feature gaps
Create and maintain technical documentation, solution diagrams, and configuration guides
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to convey client feedback and influence the product roadmap
Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to clients post-implementation to ensure successful adoption and optimisation
Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with Support and Engineering teams to resolve client problems effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client technical stakeholders to identify future opportunities and ensure long-term satisfaction
Stay current with product capabilities, competitor offerings, and broader industry trends
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
5–10 years of experience in a solutions engineering, software development, or related customer-facing technical role
Strong ability to understand and clearly articulate complex technical concepts, system architecture, and integration patterns
Hands-on experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
Solid understanding of system design concepts and data structures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to solving complex business challenges
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
