Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimise workflow
Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock counts and reconciliation
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards across the warehouse
Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
Monitor and report on key warehouse performance metrics to senior management
Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure all assets are in good working order
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the manufacturing sector
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
Solid understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage
Knowledge of local regulatory and safety compliance requirements
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
