Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles across the group
Implement modern performance review systems and career development pathways
Design and deliver training programs focused on leadership and customer service excellence
Establish HR policies, procedures, and ensure full legal compliance
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
Develop competitive compensation structures for hospitality industry talent retention
Align HR strategy with business growth objectives and operational requirements
Support existing business operations through established operations managers
Provide feedback and reporting to senior leadership on HR initiatives and outcomes
Job Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional
Strong background in hospitality industry human resources management
Experience managing HR functions for teams of 500+ employees
Knowledge of Indonesian employment law and compliance requirements
Fluency in English (required)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development
Experience working with recruitment partners and external HR consultants
Strong leadership and communication skills
