Job responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth for our organic baby skin care product line.
Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Manage brand budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic goals.
Oversee the development of marketing materials, packaging, and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate the brand message and value proposition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, distributors, and influencers to expand brand reach and distribution channels.
Analyze sales performance data and consumer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to organic baby skin care products to inform brand positioning and product innovation.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the baby care or skincare industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns and brand experiences.
Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
