Job Responsibilities
• Manage and develop client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate market research projects from briefing through to delivery
• Liaise between clients and internal research teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery
• Present research findings and insights to clients in a clear and compelling manner
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or market research
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
• Excellent presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel within Jawa Tengah region
