Job Responsibilities
• Support the execution and implementation of business development and marketing strategies to drive firm growth
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
• Analyze competitive intelligence to inform strategic marketing initiatives
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to promote the firm's legal services
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients
• Manage submissions for legal awards, rankings, and industry surveys in collaboration with partners and lawyers
• Plan and coordinate client events, seminars, and networking opportunities
• Provide administrative support for marketing materials, documentation, and brand standardization
• Collaborate with BD and PR teams on client relationship programs and public relations initiatives
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably within professional services or legal industry
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms)
• Experience with CRM systems and client relationship management
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• High level of organization, integrity, and professionalism
• Mandarin language skills are advantageous
