Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the engineering industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
Develop and implement strategic business development plans
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development within the engineering sector
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of engineering products, services, and solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Established network of contacts within Indonesia's engineering industry
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Willingness to travel as required
