Select Headhunter is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our client, a leading international development and real estate company in Bali, is dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable projects that positively impact communities around the world. The COO will oversee the company’s operations with a focus on delivering exceptional results in the luxury real estate and hospitality sectors. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and spearhead strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s commitment to excellence in luxury development and property management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives within high-end real estate, resort, residential, and hospitality projects.

  • Oversee daily operations across luxury property development, hotel operations, and/or property management portfolios to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional quality.

  • Guide and mentor senior managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across departments.

  • Ensure the seamless execution of luxury projects from conception to completion, maintaining strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, driving growth in the upscale residential, resort, and hospitality sectors.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track operational success, implement improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners.

  • Ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and reflect the company’s commitment to sustainable development practices.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of senior leadership experience in luxury real estate development, hospitality, high-end residential, resort operations, or property management.

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in executive-level roles.

  • Expertise in managing large-scale, high-value luxury projects with a focus on quality and customer experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, etc.) are preferred.

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results.

  • Strong understanding of luxury market trends, operational excellence, and customer-centric service delivery.

  • Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and lead through innovation and change.
