Select Headhunter is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Commercial Data Analyst to support commercial functions in Indonesia. This role combines hands-on data analysis and dashboarding with day-to-day administrative responsibilities, offering a chance to shape reporting processes and influence commercial decision-making in a busy sales and marketing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data structures, dashboards and reports to simplify and standardise commercial reporting.
Collaborate with commercial teams to collect, validate and update sales, market and competitor data (pricing, promotions, etc.).
Monitor dashboard performance and provide alerts or signals to support timely business decisions and actions.
Track A&P (DN) and marketing spend, preparing summaries and sharing findings with budget owners and Finance.
Support Finance with invoice handling for vendors and 3PL where required.
Provide general office administration and housekeeping support to the country head and commercial teams.
Support ad-hoc analysis and presentation preparation (PowerPoint/Excel) as requested.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a data or commercial analyst/admin role, preferably supporting sales or marketing teams.
Advanced Excel skills (mastery of formulas, pivot tables, data modelling); experience with other data tools/programs is a plus.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret sales/market data into actionable insights.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in local language and English.
Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
