Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with global brand guidelines

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels

  • Manage P&L responsibility for the Indonesian market and drive revenue growth

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders

  • Oversee product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution

  • Lead and develop a high-performing local marketing team

  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to optimize brand positioning

  • Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 7-10 years of brand management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies in Indonesia

  • Strong understanding of Indonesian consumer behavior and cultural nuances

  • Experience managing P&L and driving business growth in competitive markets

  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research and data interpretation

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media strategy

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with international and regional stakeholders

  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
