Job Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and identify patterns using advanced statistical techniques
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to measure model performance and business impact
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data science methodologies
• Document model development processes, methodologies, and results
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Experience with SQL and working with relational databases
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with deep learning and natural language processing is advantageous
