Job Responsibilities
Oversee all daily factory operations ensuring production targets are met on schedule and within budget
Lead, mentor and develop a team of production supervisors, engineers and factory floor personnel
Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet industry standards and client specifications
Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with engineering teams to minimize downtime
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to optimize production flow
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Prepare regular reports on production metrics, costs and performance for senior management
Coordinate with procurement, logistics and sales departments to align production with business needs
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or related field
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in factory management within the chemical or rubber manufacturing industry
Proven track record of managing large-scale production operations with 100+ employees
Strong knowledge of synthetic rubber production processes and quality standards
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Proficiency in production planning systems and manufacturing software
Understanding of ISO quality management systems and safety regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
