Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and taxation in compliance with Indonesian regulations and company policies.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and implement financial controls, budgeting, and forecasting procedures.
Prepare and review tax reports, filings, and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
Provide strategic financial insights to support management decision-making.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, ideally within the Consumer Electronics or FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
