Our client, a leading medical devices company operating in Jakarta, is seeking an experienced Finance Accounting & Tax professional to join their growing team. Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards
Oversee tax compliance including corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory obligations
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax assessments
Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
Prepare management reports and financial analysis for decision-making
Ensure timely submission of all tax returns and regulatory filings
Support budget preparation and variance analysis
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry
Professional certification (Brevet A&B) is required
Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations and accounting standards (PSAK)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
