Our client, a leading media company in Jakarta, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team. Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting activities
Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors
Supervise and develop the finance team (3-5 staff members)
Implement and maintain financial controls and internal audit procedures
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
Coordinate with operational departments on project costing and profitability analysis
Manage relationships with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and tax authorities
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance roles with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Previous experience in the media, entertainment, or creative industries is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
