Job Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and prior periods
Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions
Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights on retail operations performance
Collaborate with operations teams to analyze store-level profitability and cost structures
Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management
Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within retail or FMCG sectors
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
Professional certification (CFA, ACCA, or CPA) is advantageous
Strong understanding of retail business metrics and financial operations
