Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate operations across all venues within the group
Oversee maintenance teams and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Work closely with Executive Chef and marketing teams to optimize venue performance
Sign off on all menus before release and maintain quality standards
Lead and develop a team of 2 operations managers plus various operational staff
Be present at venues during evenings and weekends as required
Handle operational decision-making when owner is unavailable
Provide administrative oversight and coordination across all locations
Drive staff management and development initiatives
Implement quality control and brand standards maintenance
Job Requirements
Extensive experience in operations management within the hospitality industry
Proven track record of managing multiple venues or locations
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse operational teams
English language proficiency (native level preferred)
Indonesian language skills advantageous
Experience working with maintenance teams, bar teams, and kitchen operations
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
Experience in staff development and team building
