Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies across procurement, export-import, and sales & marketing functions
- Lead cross-functional coordination between supply chain, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
- Supervise procurement and export-import operations, including supplier relationships, sourcing strategies, and international trade compliance
- Oversee sales and marketing initiatives for domestic and international markets, including pricing strategies and key account management
- Monitor and optimize departmental KPIs, profitability margins, and cost control measures across all commercial functions
- Ensure compliance with all export-import regulations, customs requirements, and international trade standards
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial teams while building a performance-driven culture
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or related field (Master's Degree/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in commercial management roles
- Proven expertise in procurement, export-import operations, and sales functions within manufacturing, food processing, or commodities sectors
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business results
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and analytical capabilities
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, supply chain operations, and export-import regulations
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in cocoa or agribusiness industry is highly advantageous
