Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee all retail operations across multiple store locations
Lead, mentor and develop retail teams to achieve performance targets
Monitor sales performance, KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
Manage P&L responsibility and optimize profitability across all stores
Ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience delivery
Drive visual merchandising and in-store marketing initiatives
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
Implement operational excellence through process improvement initiatives
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of retail management experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership
Proven track record of managing multi-store retail operations
Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or related field; MBA preferred
Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Experience in the Indonesian retail market highly advantageous
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office applications
