Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
Design and deliver training and development programs
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems
Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace culture
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR metrics and reports
Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
Partner with senior management on workforce planning and succession planning
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of HR management experience, preferably in food service, FMCG, or distribution sectors
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications
Strategic thinking with ability to execute operational HR functions
Professional HR certification (CHRP or equivalent) is advantageous
