Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives in the food service industry
Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems
Oversee the implementation and optimization of POS systems and restaurant management software
Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
Ensure data security, backup procedures, and disaster recovery protocols are in place
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team
Manage IT budgets and forecast future technology needs
Coordinate system upgrades and ensure minimal disruption to business operations
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the food service, hospitality, or retail sector
Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and cybersecurity
Experience with POS systems, ERP solutions, and cloud-based technologies
Proven track record of successful IT project management and implementation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams
Knowledge of IT compliance and regulatory requirements
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Professional certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are highly desirable
