Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
Identify new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with key accounts.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and account reviews.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the Consumer Electronics or FMCG sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
