Job Responsibilities
Ensure flawless execution of the 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) across all key accounts
Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams to develop customer-centric category strategies
Partner with Operations to consistently meet or exceed customer service level expectations
Own delivery of Customer and Channel plans, ensuring achievement of sales targets and optimal trade spend utilization
Lead negotiation processes for annual trade terms with key buyers
Develop and manage customer promotion calendars and product launch plans
Deliver impactful business reviews with customers and execute strategic initiatives
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Key Account Manager within the FMCG sector
Proven track record managing minimarket accounts (Indomaret experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and advanced data analysis capabilities
Experience in trade marketing (advantageous)
Prior multinational company (MNC) experience preferred
Deep expertise in Key Account Management and Joint Business Planning (JBP)
Strong operational management skills in executing marketing strategies with cross-functional teams
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Advanced analytical thinking with ability to interpret complex sales and customer data
Solid business acumen and strategic mindset
Self-driven and capable of working independently
