Job Responsibilities
1. Service and Process Management
- Manage international admissions systems, processes, and resources to continuously improve performance and competitiveness.
- Manage and coordinate reviews and annual course and unit updates, projects, and compliance and quality processes relevant to student and academic services.
- Provide specialist, expert advice, and reports to inform improvements in policies and guidelines for decision-making for a variety of audiences, including senior management.
- Facilitate and provide a range of student engagement and support opportunities, including orientation, student clubs, student recognition, and communication.
2. Academic Operations
- Coordinate unit and exam requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Lead timetabling and unit coordination across all offerings.
- Process advanced standing decisions, enrolment variations/amendments, and special consideration decisions.
3. Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate the performance of academic units, ensuring they meet both university and department standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to student services quality assurance.
4. Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the organization on the organization committees or in external meetings to advise stakeholders on international education and admissions standards and risk management processes.
Job Requirements:
- A degree and extensive professional administration experience in Indonesian admissions, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic planning in student and academic services, including coordinating project activities and requirements and engaging key stakeholders across faculty and university areas.
- Proven expertise in extracting and analysing data and preparing advanced statistical reports and analysis for senior management.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment.
- Demonstrated high level of organisation and administrative skills, including prioritising complex work schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and written communication skills, and experience developing stakeholder relationships, providing customer service, and drafting documentation.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian Bahasa, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
