Select Headhunter is partnering with a leading FMCG company to find an experienced People & Culture Support professional for a short-term project. This position is ideal for someone who not only excels at HR administration but also provides valuable insight into improving existing processes. You’ll be supporting the People & Culture team in ensuring that administrative practices are compliant, efficient, and aligned with current manpower regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage HR administrative tasks, including employee data management, contracts, and documentation.
Review and refine existing administrative processes to ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and company policies.
Provide guidance on HR operational best practices and identify areas for improvement.
Support the team in maintaining accurate employee records and reporting.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties on manpower-related matters.
Assist in handling matters related to industrial relations and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People & Culture functions.
Strong understanding of Indonesian manpower regulations and industrial relations.
Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements in HR administration.
Up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance standards and documentation practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
