Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage all engineering activities across multiple civil engineering projects from conception through to completion
Oversee project planning, design, and implementation ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
Manage and mentor a team of project engineers, providing technical guidance and performance management
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints
Conduct site inspections and technical reviews to ensure construction quality and safety compliance
Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and risk assessments to senior management
Ensure all projects comply with Indonesian regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project engineering management
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering with at least 5 years in a senior project management role
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure or construction projects in Indonesia
Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, codes, and industry standards
Professional engineering certification (e.g., SKA, PII membership) is highly desirable
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams
Strong project management capabilities including budget control, scheduling, and risk management
Proficient in project management software and engineering design tools
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure
