Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the consumer electronics or FMCG sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional operations.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
