Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Kalimantan

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to maximize performance

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the food service sector

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decision-making

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and prompt resolution of issues

  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize product availability

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food service or FMCG industry

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional territories

  • Previous experience managing and developing sales teams

  • Strong understanding of the Kalimantan market and regional business culture

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region

  • Valid driver's license
