Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Kalimantan
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to maximize performance
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the food service sector
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and prompt resolution of issues
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize product availability
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food service or FMCG industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional territories
Previous experience managing and developing sales teams
Strong understanding of the Kalimantan market and regional business culture
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region
Valid driver's license
