Job Responsibilities
• Oversee sales performance tracking, analysis, and management to achieve revenue targets
• Lead sales activities including product training sessions and client presentations
• Manage end-to-end service operations from pre-course preparation to post-course follow-up
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through NPS collection and feedback implementation
• Handle client complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate customer and course data across all systems
• Provide sales support and training to team members
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance both sales and operational performance
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the language course, education, or training industry
• Proven sales management or sales training experience
• Strong customer service orientation with complaint handling expertise
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills
• Ability to create and deliver training content with strong presentation skills
• Result-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Fluency in Indonesian and English
