Select Headhunter is working with a dynamic FMCG client to recruit a Sales Manager focused on nationwide key account performance. This role is perfect for a result-driven sales leader who can build commercial relationships, develop strategic direction for key customers, and deliver monthly sales targets across modern trade outlets.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver monthly sales targets for assigned key customer (LMT) nationwide.
Develop and implement strategic plans and commercial direction for the key customer.
Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams (trade marketing, operations, finance, etc.) and external partners to design and implement end-to-end processes supporting key customer needs.
Plan and execute in-store merchandising and display improvements for key customer outlets.
Prepare monthly sales analysis, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
Monitor and manage budget, expenses, and account performance for the key customer.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in FMCG roles such as ASM, RSM, SPM, or Trade Marketing with responsibility for modern trade/key accounts.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated skills in selling, negotiation, leadership, and budget/account management.
Comfortable working to deadlines and producing regular administration and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and experience preparing commercial reports and presentations.
English proficiency is an advantage.
