Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
Identify and cultivate relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide strategic insights.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, and operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Job Requirements
Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the building materials, interior design, or construction sector.
Strong network of industry contacts in the GT market.
