Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize performance

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling sales presentations

  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management

  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with corporate clients

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the media, advertising, or broadcasting industry

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales management or team leadership role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian media landscape and digital platforms

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)

  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
