Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling sales presentations
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Job Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the media, advertising, or broadcasting industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales management or team leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong understanding of the Indonesian media landscape and digital platforms
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
