Job Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and educational institutions
• Conduct consultations with students and parents to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable programs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and client engagement
• Organize and participate in education fairs, school visits, and promotional events
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to enrollment confirmation
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to management
• Support students through the application and enrollment process
Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in education consultancy, training, or related services
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within Jakarta and surrounding areas
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
