The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing product managers, coordinating with regional sales teams, and actively contributing to strengthening market presence and share. Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales regional team and product manager team in the development of products, including those distributed as an agent or produced in-house.

  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to enhance products and expand market presence.

  • Actively engage in enlarging and strengthening market presence and share.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Job requirements:

  • Maximum age of 45

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, or management with a marketing focus.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager for industrial products such as compressors, generators, lifting equipment, heavy machinery, lubrication, survey equipment, industrial pumps, safety equipment, and motors.

  • Experience in markets including mining, cement, power plants, pulp & paper, fertilizer, steel mills, and industrial plants.

  • Experience leading a sales team with strong leadership skills.

  • Established customer network in Indonesia.

  • Willingness to travel to remote areas.

  • Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to create technical and commercial proposals, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to conduct market resets, product positioning, and competition analysis.
