Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting FP&A processes
- Focusing on P/L management and reporting
- Supporting monthly and quarterly financial processes
- Conducting variance analysis, utilizing various tools for data extraction and analysis
- Coordinating with business partners on P/L forecasts
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities, analyzing key performance indicators
- Preparing financial summaries and presentations for senior management
- Analyzing and presenting retail performance using visualization tools
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Profit and loss analysis ability
- Proficiency in PPT and Excel spreadsheets – pivot and formula
- Drive for Results – Deliver on commitments in a timely manner; proactively work on process improvements and understanding the business
- Eager to learn the process and knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must-do attitude and diligence
- Strong communication skills – Ability to communicate across different levels and functions (verbal, written, and presentations)
