Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with operation managers across multiple projects to ensure seamless service delivery
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely manner
• Build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams to achieve operational targets
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance team competencies and professional development
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement reward and disciplinary systems
• Report project progress regularly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Identify potential business risks and develop contingency plans for data security, service disruptions, and other operational challenges
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Operation Manager role
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and market environment
• Proven BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher
• Honest, diligent, persistent, and able to work effectively under pressure
