Job Responsibilities
Lead and execute comprehensive penetration testing engagements across applications, networks, and wireless infrastructures.
Design and implement tailored testing strategies to identify vulnerabilities and assess security posture.
Collaborate closely with client IT and cybersecurity teams to recommend effective mitigation measures.
Deliver detailed, high-quality reports outlining technical findings, risk assessments, and remediation guidance.
Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and training to junior penetration testers and security analysts.
Continuously monitor emerging threats, tools, and attack techniques to enhance testing methodologies.
Work directly with clients to understand their unique security environments and deliver practical, actionable advice.
Contribute to the development of proprietary testing tools, scripts, and methodologies to improve service delivery.
Support business growth by participating in proposal development and client presentations when required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or related security roles.
Possession of advanced certifications such as OSCP, CREST CRT, or equivalent is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols, cryptography, OWASP Top 10, and common attack vectors.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools, including Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, and similar frameworks.
Strong scripting or programming experience (e.g., Python, Bash, or Perl).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think from both an attacker and defender perspective.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
