Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute comprehensive penetration testing engagements across applications, networks, and wireless infrastructures.

  • Design and implement tailored testing strategies to identify vulnerabilities and assess security posture.

  • Collaborate closely with client IT and cybersecurity teams to recommend effective mitigation measures.

  • Deliver detailed, high-quality reports outlining technical findings, risk assessments, and remediation guidance.

  • Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and training to junior penetration testers and security analysts.

  • Continuously monitor emerging threats, tools, and attack techniques to enhance testing methodologies.

  • Work directly with clients to understand their unique security environments and deliver practical, actionable advice.

  • Contribute to the development of proprietary testing tools, scripts, and methodologies to improve service delivery.

  • Support business growth by participating in proposal development and client presentations when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or related security roles.

  • Possession of advanced certifications such as OSCP, CREST CRT, or equivalent is highly preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols, cryptography, OWASP Top 10, and common attack vectors.

  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools, including Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, and similar frameworks.

  • Strong scripting or programming experience (e.g., Python, Bash, or Perl).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think from both an attacker and defender perspective.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
