Select Headhunter is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization in Jakarta to identify an experienced Senior Process Engineer. Job Responsibilities
Lead process optimization projects to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment installations
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of process-related issues and implement corrective actions
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and technical specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D
Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Manage capital projects from concept through commissioning and validation
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in process engineering within the manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of process design, optimization techniques, and manufacturing best practices
Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools
Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred)
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office and statistical analysis tools
