Job Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and luxury brand standards
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, implementing strategies to maximize profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and high-net-worth customers
Manage store budgets, expenses and payroll in accordance with financial objectives
Recruit, train and retain top talent while fostering a positive and professional work environment
Collaborate with regional management on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
Maintain impeccable store presentation and uphold the brand's luxury image at all times
Job Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in luxury retail or premium brands
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving commercial success
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
Excellent customer service orientation with deep understanding of luxury clientele expectations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or related field preferred
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management
Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
