Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs across the fashion product lifecycle
Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners across Asia-Pacific regions
Oversee inventory planning, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely product delivery
Lead demand forecasting and production planning in alignment with seasonal fashion collections
Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with merchandising, design, and retail teams to align supply chain operations with business objectives
Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality standards
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and quality control standards
Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry
Proven track record of managing complex supply chains across multiple countries
Strong understanding of fashion industry supply chain dynamics, including seasonal planning and fast fashion principles
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory optimization
Excellent communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is advantageous
Leadership experience with ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
